What to expect
Your first proof arrives within three business days of getting your photo. Printing and delivery take about one to two weeks after you approve it, and shipping is free.
Three rounds of changes are included. If the proof still isn’t right, tell me and I’ll refund you in full.
If your piece arrives damaged or misprinted, send me a photo within 30 days and I’ll replace it.

What if I don’t like the proof?
Tell me what to change. Three rounds of changes are included, and each round after that is $25. If it still isn’t right before you approve it, I refund you in full.
When do I send my photo?
Add it on the product page before checkout, or send it afterward with the link in your order email.
What photos work best?
Sharp and in daylight, with the subject filling most of the frame. People and pets at eye level with faces visible. Buildings straight on, with the whole roofline in view. Your own photo, or one you have permission to use.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Every Custom Art piece starts with your photo. I use AI to turn it into a line drawing or a watercolor, then I adjust it until it looks like the person or place you know.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Every Custom Art piece ships free.
Can it ship to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and it goes straight to them.
Can I return it?
Before you approve the proof, you can get a full refund. Once you approve it, it’s printed for you, so it’s final. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, send me a photo within 30 days and I’ll replace it.
Will you use my photo anywhere else?
Only with your permission. I may ask to show the finished piece as an example.
