Overview

This website is operated by Sonoma County Gifts, based in Petaluma, California. By visiting the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Products and images

Products are printed to order. Colors on screen vary by device, and small variation in color, paper texture, and print placement is normal for printed goods. Product images and mockups represent the design and are not photographs of the exact item you will receive.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Products may be discontinued at any time. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

Orders

An order is accepted when it goes to production. Orders may be refused or cancelled, for example if payment cannot be verified, the address is outside the shipping area, or the listing contained an error. Any charge on a cancelled order is refunded.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy and returns by the Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All drawings, watercolors, photographs, and text on this site are the property of Sonoma County Gifts and are protected by copyright. Buying a product grants the right to own and display that physical item. It does not grant any right to reproduce, scan, resell, or create derivative works from the drawings.

Places and businesses depicted

Places and buildings are drawn from photographs taken on location. This shop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sonoma County, any city, or any business depicted.

Use of the site

Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false information.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. Orders are produced and shipped by third-party print partners. Their handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item in question. Sonoma County Gifts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers or events outside its control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
